Technical Requirements Engineer f/m/d

• Document the technical requirements needed to maintain a high quality standard in the development of our product
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Product and Engineering teams to make sure that no important information is lost during the communication
• Use modern technologies incl. Kotlin, Java (Spring), to develop new features for our core product when needed 
• Be a part of the development of our software, processes and tools in cooperation with the product owners and developer colleagues
• We solve complex challenges at an innovative level. Thus, you are open to evolving technologies and diverse practices
• You will help us to become the world’s 1st choice in sustainability software for financial institutions and are willing to keep our stack future-proof
• Join us in our mission to do our part to save the world by changing the individual CO2 footprint of consumers around the world 

• You bring around 2-3 years of practical work experience in the field of SaaS Software
• You have a good knowledge in computer science, application development be it from university, an apprenticeship or from learning to code by yourself
• You bring strong knowledge in Java/Kotlin and Spring Framework
• You work in a structured manner and are able to balance the development tasks with the definition of technical requirements
• You have strong communication skills and can proactively engage with your stakeholders to gather the information you need
• You are a team player, curious and eager and can motivate others to share their ideas
• You have very good English skills, especially written (at least C1), and preferably good German skills
