Team Lead Customer Success f/m/d

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to develop and grow our customer success department. 

As our Customer Success Lead (f/m/d) you will…

  • Define project plans for the customer success team and will lead the projects involving the Product and Tech team 
  • Develop and improve processes in customer success management as well as set priorities for your team 
  • Teach your team and the relevant stakeholders about processes and project management
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels along the whole customer journey
  • Work closely with our Sales lead to define project plans and client handovers
  • Take over responsibility and own projects from day 1 onwards  
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Work hands-on with the team on the day-to-day pipeline 
  • Promoting and enhancing a positive, diverse, and engaging team culture  
  • Motivate and engage your team to ensure their personal and professional well-being and growth 

Your profile

  • Extensive project management experience from handling big clients 
  • High degree of project management, process development and advisory skills
  • Experienced in growing and leading teams in an agile and fast-changing environment 
  • Confidence and knowledge in communicating with bank directors and other different stakeholders
  • Ability to set priorities, define structures and processes and making sure the team understands them and can thereby efficiently drive the projects
  • You approach challenges proactively and have the ability to grasp problems and create solutions quickly
  • Ability to quickly acquire a technical understanding related to our product and clients' requirements 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing as well as good German skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that takes you a long way with us
