We are looking for an experienced person to join our team to develop and grow our customer success department.
As our Customer Success Lead (f/m/d) you will…
- Define project plans for the customer success team and will lead the projects involving the Product and Tech team
- Develop and improve processes in customer success management as well as set priorities for your team
- Teach your team and the relevant stakeholders about processes and project management
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels along the whole customer journey
- Work closely with our Sales lead to define project plans and client handovers
- Take over responsibility and own projects from day 1 onwards
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Work hands-on with the team on the day-to-day pipeline
- Promoting and enhancing a positive, diverse, and engaging team culture
- Motivate and engage your team to ensure their personal and professional well-being and growth
