Your mission

As we beginning to grow more and more we are looking for a person (f/m/d) who strives for customer success and is motivated to develop our customer relationships and processes further. 

Start Date: 01.04.2022

As Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) your tasks will be...

  • acting as the connecting point between our Sales team and all customer relations 
  • the central contact for our customer enquiries and support
  • taking care of the whole customer lifecycle, including project management of the different stages and stakeholders
  • creating offers to our potential customers and thereby having a close eye on the budget 
  • leading the onboarding of your accounts 
  • to develop great and long-lasting relationships with your customers 
  • upselling our newest product features 
  • actively shaping and developing out processes further and work in good collaboration with the sales team

Your profile

As a person interested and engaged in customer relations, with the inner thrive to work and grow in a young startup you might just have found the perfect match.

You will be satisfied and successful as our Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) if you...

  • have approx. 2-3 years working experience in the area of customer success management or sales
  • preferably have worked in a SaaS, Software or B2B Start-up environment
  • work independently, know where to set the focus, and you are motivated to take over responsibility 
  • have basic knowledge about tech, software products and their development 
  • are confident working closely with our tech and product team to develop our product further based on customer feedback  
  • know how to use a CRM efficiently (Hubspot) 
  • thrive in a fast growing and agile work environment a fast growing 
  • are curious, eager to learn and have very good in communication 
  • have experience from working in a FinTech its a big Plus
  • you speak fluent English (min. C1), good German is a plus
