Your mission

Take responsibility

You design the entire sales process and work closely with the Business Development team as well as Marketing, Customer Success, etc. You build up your pipeline independently and take over pre-qualified leads from the Business Development colleagues.

Let something new emerge

You determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results. You establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Shape the future

You implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.You maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. You present the software using web demos. You independently conduct contract negotiations, lead the customer to a successful conclusion and achieve your sales targets and manage your activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Working Style

You work independently, creatively, are well organised and remain calm and solution-oriented even in stressful situations. You are a team player, have a structured working style and a hands-on mentality.


You are passionate about innovative software solutions and enjoy winning over customers. You have strong presentation and management skills as well as great analytical skills.

Education & Experience

You have successfully completed a degree or commercial training and have at least 3 years of experience in the sale of SaaS products. You have experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems


You speak German at a native level and good English
